Items must be returned in their original unused condition. Damages resulting from neglect, improper use, or mishandling are strictly excluded from our return policy.
Your return must include the original product certificate, invoice, packaging, all documentation, lab certificates, and any discount coupons applied to the original order.
Loose gemstones are fully eligible for return if they meet the conditions above. However, any custom jewelry (including rings, pendants, or bracelets made to specific requirements) is generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Upon receiving the returned item, it will undergo a strict inspection and checking process by our experts. Replacements or refunds are issued only after the item successfully passes this inspection.
Cancellation provisions apply. If an order is returned or cancelled after processing, deductions may apply for shipping, VAT, customs duties, certification fees, and non-refundable payment gateway charges. Ratna Gallery uses Razorpay as our payment gateway, and standard Razorpay transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
